Feature Project
Overview:
I designed and developed a self-paced eLearning program to help members transition from an older platform to its latest version. These learners were already familiar with the legacy system, so the goal was to efficiently upskill them with just-in-time, interactive training—without the need for instructor-led sessions.
My Role:
I led the full instructional design and development process using Articulate Storyline 360, including needs analysis, scripting, scenario writing, voiceover integration, and interaction design. I also created screen capture demos with synchronized on-screen elements and high-quality AI voiceovers to guide learners through the new workflows.

Complex screen capture walkthroughs with layered visuals and transitions
AI voiceover narration for clarity and consistency
Clean UI design, built with Mayer’s Multimedia Principles and Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction in mind
Knowledge checks and decision-based interactions to support retention and application
Result and Impact:
The course was rolled out to over 10,000 members and received strong engagement. Members reported that they felt confident using the new platform without attending live training, which saved time and reduced strain on internal training resources.
Outcome:
The training was delivered on time and successfully deployed across multiple districts. Early feedback from supervisors indicated increased user confidence and fewer support tickets related to system usage in the first two months post-rollout.
