Meet David Gadallah

I Know What It's Like To Have Something Important To Say, And Not Quite Trust Your Voice To Say It.

That feeling is exactly why I do this work. For 25 years I have stood in front of rooms full of engineers, technicians, and executives, and watched brilliant people lose the room, not because they lacked the knowledge, but because no one ever taught them how to deliver it. I became the person who fixes that.

David Gadallah, DTM, is a Public Speaking Coach and founder of MGS Solutions, where he helps professionals speak with confidence and be remembered in any room, from the boardroom to the interview chair.

A Trainer First

I did not start as a speaking coach. I started as a technical trainer, breaking down complex systems like networking, cybersecurity, and signaling technology for teams at companies like Alstom and Thales, in Cisco academies, and in college classrooms.

That work took me around the world, from Canada and the United States to the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Doha.

My whole career was built on one skill: taking something complicated and making it land.

The Day It Clicked

Somewhere along the way I noticed a pattern. The person who got promoted, won the deal, or led the room was rarely the one who knew the most. It was the one who could stand up and make people believe what they knew. The most qualified person in the room was usually the quietest. That realization changed my focus. I stopped teaching only systems and started teaching people how to be heard.

What I Believe

I believe a commanding voice is not a gift you are born with. It is a skill, and skills can be taught. I also believe careers, like lives, rarely move in a straight line. I have had my own setbacks, and I learned that they are not the end of the road. They are where you recover, reflect, and readjust, and come back stronger. That belief, that resilience can be built the same way a voice can, sits at the heart of how I coach. When you work with me, you are not just learning technique. You are learning to back yourself in the moments that matter most.

Away From The Lectern

I am based in Ontario, Canada. When I am not coaching speakers, you'll find me perfecting sleight of hand as an amateur magician or out on the tennis court, which, it turns out, taught me as much about holding an audience as any textbook ever did. Presence is presence, whether you are running a board meeting or making a card disappear.
